To my understanding, being a paying customer has no impact on how a ban is handled, as all bans are treated equally.

EA_Aljo had already provided all that you can do, (which is to contact the EA TOS Team), as there's sadly no other way to appeal a ban outside of the EA TOS Team, (so if the EA TOS Team won't overturn the ban, that does mean that the ban will remain active on your EA Account.

To my understanding, appealing a ban is only through email with the EA TOS Team, and while it seems like it gets overlooked, each time you appeal the ban, a different EA TOS Team member will review the appeal and make a decision.
After your 3rd appeal, any further cases does get an automatic reply, (which informs you to not expect anything further), and the case will be closed, (which does mean that the ban is sadly permanent).
