Put Select Fire on the Havoc Please

You've removed the select fire hop up option. Some of us enjoyed using that on the Havoc as it gave us a sniper option when at distance. So put a select fire option on the Havoc permanently please.

@hayhor idk they Nerf charge rifle because it's hitscan.

  @hayhor I have never met someone who actually used that weapon as a sniper. I play a lot and i never even use hear those shots but every blue moon. It was a useless feature for the game.

    @E9ine_AC Well, I've seen players using it and also tried it myself a few times. It can do serious damage if used well. I'm sure I would've used it more but I don't like the Havoc in normal mode too much. There's a new recoil pattern, though...

  @hayhor @xMaxrayx opposes literally anything that goes against mindless run and gun in the slightest. Wouldn't take him seriously for anythibg at that point.
