Put the Kraber and Mastiff on the ground in the LTM!

Part of why people loved this mode the first time was finding the kraber on the ground. Why make the change? An LTM should be fun so people play it. This time it's seriously lacking.

@hayhor I've raided a lot of care packages and not found a single mastiff or kraber. I'm up to 3 level 0 sentinels. I'm pretty much done with the mode unless my friends insist.
