Put the Kraber and Mastiff on the ground in the LTM!

Part of why people loved this mode the first time was finding the kraber on the ground. Why make the change? An LTM should be fun so people play it. This time it's seriously lacking.

@hayhor I personally love that Rampart just gets to ruin it with her ult. But yeah they should make Kraber and Mastiff ground loot, that's what was fun. Now it's just twelve charge riflers laser-beaming everything because it seems like it's always Stormpoint. I loved the previous iteration of this LTM, but this one I'm completely and utterly sick of.
