My main question is how..
I have tried this gun multiple times just to find out that it is a piece of trash.. I have stood point blank at a gun looting and unloaded 2 full 30 round clips into aomeone barely missing a shot and barely breaking a shield.. But have other people kill me with it at full 200 hp/shield with what sounds like maybe 5 shots instantly. How.
Do you have a video of your gameplay?
Without that, and just based on what you're saying, I think u arent hitting as many shots as you think u are.
Even if there is some hit registration issues, you have tried it out multiple times, so it would just suggest to me you aren't landing the shots.
R99 is one of the best guns in the game.

Because hes standing still for some of the clip, doesn’t mean u hit him =s
The R99 is among the best guns in the game.
1 full 30 clip is 360 damage to body and even 288 damage to limbs. With some headshots, 1 clip is actually enough to kill 2 (unrealistic, but theoretically possible).
Go to training map and practice until you can consistently get 216 damage (18 bullets bodyshot damage max) on medium distance targets. It's that simple.
Until you can get perfect scores in training map consistently, you'll most definitely miss >80% of shots in combat (and hence think that r99 is bad).
P.S. ADS and hipfire recoil patterns are completely different (ads goes mostly up and side, hipfire go up then down). Make sure you practice both of them in training map (unless you never hipfire).
R99 is THE best cqc weapon. If there's 1 weapon worth spending time just practicing, it's R99.
I don't really believe you on your word.
Since peacekeeper hits for 110 max, not 180 you claim to hit, and 60 round dealing 12 damage each hitting torso shots is clearly not a grand total of only 50.
I destroyed many a player in a second with an R99. Also, you're definitely not getting killed by 5 rounds. Even tho you may think it sounded like 5, it was actually probably 25.
Have you not seen the fire rate on that gun?
R99 is the best gun in game close to mid range don’t be mad at the game because you miss stick with the 301 or spitfire they are much easier to use but people that are good with a r99 will kill you every time
Its one of, if not the best, close range gun in the whole game. So, not really sure what to say here.
