QoL: Ability to continue running while typing in chat

Its simple and helps a lot. You run, open chat, and your character continues to run straight while you finish typing, close chat, and repress W

@Srksii We consolers can’t even chat ;( we can open it up, typ in it but it won’t show ;( but it would be good for both PC & console, just like automated running...
