I know this is not like a huge or major thing, but I am saddened by the fact that QuakeV will be leaving the Apex community and switching to another game. I enjoyed his opinion on some of the things in Apex, but obviously disagreed with a few things, but I did really enjoy his style of presenting the information. While I will still be binge playing Apex (I love this game), I will still support QuakeV's youtube and twitch channel. Switching games is rough for a content creator please still continue to support his channels cuz hes the homie. _ThiccccQuava

Hmm, yeah I totally get why he did it and I'm sure many people feel the same. Is it any surprise though? At this point I feel like most people just stick around because of lack of options. I'll sub him just for being honest.

@ThiccccQuavaAfter looking at this post i watched his vid and actually agree with most points. Burnout, no advancement, rank is trash camping for 10 mins waiting for zone.. All this has been said and ignored with another leaving that would have stayed if given a reason to. Respawn - How to kill your game 101.

@apostolateofDOOM of course all the Respawn apologists are gonna come out and be like, "Yeah, I personally enjoy the game, so what you're saying is complete and utter nonsense! You just hate Apex and want to dunk on noobs and you probably send death threats to the developers!"
@hayhor remember how Albralelie said the future of Apex (professional or not) looks like a sinking ship, and they didn't want to go down with it? Remember how this was nearly 2 seasons ago and nothing has changed? Remember how Aceu criticized Apex's direction, as well as SBMM and underpowered / overpowered weapons and legends back in 2019, which then lead them to quit playing it "seriously"?
It's sad this Apex in the beginning really had the makings of being a really exceptional game, cemented as one of the top 3 big BR games, but now it's just like, "Oh Apex, yeah I used to play that." Now Apex is in the top 3, not because it deserves to be there, but because there's quite literally nothing else to compare it to. PUBG has always had fairly low viewership on Twitch simply cause it's kind of boring to watch, and then what else is there to compare Apex to? Spellbreak? Cuisine Royale? Hyperscape? Eternal Return? What a joke.

@ThiccccQuava Don't know the guy myself but I'm surprised he has stuck around as long as he has at this point.

The game's variety has been trash since Season 2 or 3. I'm surprised he's kept up until Season 7...

@pastaclown I remember what albralelie said. And I watch him fairly often grinding ranked with his team liquid teammates. He had other motives. Him and hal cant seem to coexist anymore on the same team. Both are alphas that want to run show.

Can I ask you something? Is it wrong I really enjoy the game? Sure I criticize some things on here but over it is the most enjoyable BR option there is. Does that make me a lesser person? Cause no offense but your post seems to imply that.

I think I enjoy this game a lot. I think it depends on what you get out of it. I play with a premade of my 2 brothers and myself so i barely solo que or play with randoms This game is fun and I enjoy it, but like any game it has things that bother some players more than others. I think the post above are a little extreme, but my post was less about the state of APEX and more of check out this funny streamer QuakeV while he switches games.
As for the state of APEX I am enjoying it I think that respawn is trying, but catering to every type of play with 1000's of suggestions is impossible. Wil I be playing this game in 5 years who knows, will I play an enjoy season 8 you better believe it.

@ThiccccQuava From your perspective I would see how you enjoy the game as playing almost any game with friends will bring enjoyment.

I myself enjoyed Apex during it's first 2 seasons while playing with a friend of mine during casual matches and during ranked a few times. But after he quit due to time constraints, solo queue really started to rear its ugly head and I've already expressed why.

After viewing some of his videos, some were certainly entertaining but the dude himself doesn't have much to stand out. Additionally, with his decision to switch to Valorant (lol) it isn't exactly going to be the greatest choice in terms of financial gain and I just see him coming back to Apex in a few months time because of the failed venture.
