Questions about reporting people.(cheaters)

Reason I am making this post is I have a lot of questions about reporting cheaters in game. I understand if some questions can't be answered because giving cheating companies and cheaters information isn't good but whatever you can please say. 

1. When someone gets reported for cheating say Aim bot specifically how many people review the in game footage? 
2. How many people need to see and vote yes for the in game footage before temporary ban is made and how many for when a perma ban is made?
3. Do you have a "algorithm" or something similar for example lets say someone gets reported 7 times in a night vs someone 1 time in weeks/months and also including their player level and hours played. 
4. Does reporting someone for "more cheats" have a higher chance of being reviewed by more people?
