Quick suggestion, increasing the risks of being the third party
I think most people hate the third parties a lot.
Here is my quick suggestion for this game.
Whenever the enemies are executed (not injured), the player should gain gradual shield recovery. So this could increase the risk of being the third party since you may need to play against a team with the full shields. It also increases the chance of counterattack for the winning team since you won't be simply killed by the third party right after you eliminated an enemy.
Or, instead of doing that, reduce the time to open dead boxes, so the players are able to loot them faster.
