R99 is still kinda OP, you cant change my mind

@Mad_Dog8762 In the past, people have suggested removing the barrel-mod slot on the R-99 and either keeping the base recoil or slightly improving it. IMO the R-99 becomes severely OP at range when you slap a decent barrel mod on it so this would help. Perhaps increasing the damage fall off would also help keep it a close range weapon.

Side note: I always love seeing "pro" players run nothing but the PK/R-99 loadout like they don't know how to use anything else.
