R99 nerf??

So was there a magical nerf to the R99 with this last patch? I mean holy crap I'm having to shot people with mad bullets I fell like. I know hit regular is screwed up but still never had to shoot someone this much. Even shadows are taking 6-7 bullets to kill I feel like.
