I think you are making an assumption that she will run around as normal with it. I would imagine that when equipped she will move slower, perhaps even really slow. Having it take longer to spin up as well may very well make it not worth using.

@PiabeticI just imagine her flying of a jump pad with it already spooled finishing off the winner of the last fight.
And they said she would move normally.

  @hayhor Hmm, that could be pretty scary if she will move normally. Would it not make sense for her to move slower though? That would be logical right?

    @Piabetic On most games the character with a minigun moves slower but the character can take more damage. On this game it wouldnt work tho.
    
    It wont be gamebreaking because most still wont pick her.

    @LaughingSharko Well they exaggerate trailers sometimes but in the trailer she is flying through the air using shiela.
