Rampart Prestige Skin

I just got my first set of heirloom shards since launch (i started on playstation then moved to pc, then lost my account and had to restart [meaning ive had 3 different acccounts so far and finally got some]), and I am having trouble deciding what to get because it's so rare that one has this decision (at least for the average player). I main Rampart, so the wrench looks desirable, however, I would be so down to get a prestige skin for her if ever that launched. I understand its unlikely because of her extremely low pick rate, nevertheless I would like one. 

Kinda just my thoughts out loud here, but I think after all the love all the other legends get, it'd be nice to get something for Rampart.
