Rampart, spitfire meta

With rampart getting a new buff which will hopefully help her a lot combined with her passive and gold magazines will she be a viable legend now or the new thing that plagues us all. Ramparts passiv...

@DK9027 Nah because you can murder spitfire people pretty easily with better guns. And you still have to switch guns which takes time.

@DK9027 You know how few times I’ve been killed or downed by a spitfirer... not many, even saying how few. Being thirsted by them is alot more tho...

    @DK9027 Lolz you can hope all you want, if Respawn wants something, they get it. These mags won’t bring a Rampart meta, unless respawn buffs her accordingly.
    
    What we will see tho is an increase in explosions. So I call it the Megumin meta!

  @Koochi-Q Ive murdered quite a few people with it. And been killed by quite a few too lol. It's not the best for close range but it rips in mid! I feel like 5.5 secs is too long but we'll see how these mags perform in game.
  
  I think Sheila could use more control tho. And less visual clutter when firing from amp cover.

    @Lord_Scorpion34 I can kill ppl with it too, but I’d rather use other weapons. Only if by chance we’re somewhere inside in the beginning with multiple teams do I find it a good fit. I can 30-60m with Bruiser or Ranger quite consistently, but I’d rather operate the flatline.
