Ranked is meaningless & unbalanced

Everyone and their mum is in diamond. But somehow all my teammates are level 300 can’t even stay alive for 5 seconds kid, meanwhile everyone I face is some 30,000 kills three stack. It’s incredibly unbalanced. 
Ether stop giving me bad teammates game after game after game or I stop playing. It’s that simple.
