Ranked is unplayable

The state of this game more specifically ranked is actually so trash, every other game it feels like I’m not getting a full squad or I’m dealing with smurfs. It’s so annoying and frustrating. I’m trying to play ranked and get killed by a level 40 wraith with a 20 bomb and 4k moving like she’s a masters in gold/plat lobbies
