ranked rewards

Ok, i feel kinda dumb and also deeply dissapointed.

I grinded my * to get back to Diamond rank and just found out there is no dive trail rewarded anymore?!?

what the actual F....

Ranking up after Diamond is way too hard, the 48RP is killing....

You need at least win 1/3 matches or get around 4-5 kills every game to rank up. I aint no cheater so its not going to happen.

Played ranked from season 1(Diamond every season), but seeing i will not get rewarded for hitting top 2%(!!) except a badge and gun charms in this season will make it my last ranked season!!

the ranked rewards are trash also, the only thing that was ok is the dive trail.

Why do we still bother playing ranked if only the top 0.2%!! get good rewards???

Like 99% off the player base does not get any good reward...

    Is this actually true? I kinda remember reading something about this before, but I clearly didn't adsorb the information all the way. I was Plat 1 2 seasons ago, but didn't push hard enough fr Diamond. Started back at Bronze 3 this week!!! Decided to push back up ready for new season and currently at Silver 1 again. Was hoping to push for Diamond for the trail before Season 5, but wont bother if this feature has gone???

    Thanks! Im not sure how I missed all that. As per OP, this kinda sucks. I dont really have the time to push for Master or Pred, so ranked feels a bit pointless. Diamond felt more reachable to general play as opposed to competitive playing. Ah well. Hopefully this changes again.

    @TheBoogaMonsta exactly this. ranked is alot more competitive but it feels like ur not realy getting rewarded for it, i mean getting Diamond solo que is a pretty decent job. Also i dont have the time and maybe not the best skills too become Master or Predator, eventho Diamond is top 2% of the player base and u get a silly gun charm and batch for it, thats it. Stupid.
    its ranked games for me with decent rewards or no Apex at all.

    I get why they did it. I mean when you look at the ranked system as it stands now diamond would put you just above middle marker which in theory would make achieving diamond nothing remarkable.

    However lets be honest, this ranked reshuffle hasn't suddenly started making a lot more players play ranked. Which means the players reaching master and predator are still being pooled with diamond  players...ergo diamond  players are still playing damn difficult matches.

    The diamond trail should have stayed.

    i think Diamond should not been seen as a middle marker and nothing remarkable.

    reaching Diamond is actually a decent job to be fair. You need alot of time, patience and skill to get there. In my honest opinion i see diamonds as ''best of the rest''.

    Also its only 2% reaching it, wich makes the nothing remarkable nonsense.

    @expl0z1v A decent player can solo climb diamond to master with enough time put in. Once i got to D3 and put into master + lobbies I still climbed to D2 although I keep falling the next morning to D4/D3 soon as I lose my rhythm which happens almost every single day.

    On the plus side my team rarely abandon like previous series. xD
