Ranked Squad Diff

So while playing with lots of players and most of them agreed about one problem. The difference in team ranks (Rnked Mode). How is it possible to be teamed up with bronze and silver players as a platinum player against TOP 250 or Master players. The discussion isnt about some of them using cheats or being BETTER its just about the difficulties of regular players being set against Pros....
