If you don't want to use V-sync / free sync, there isn't really another way in-game.
However, you can use a command to force your game to only run 120hz.
Go to your Apex legends settings in Origin, open Game properties and go to Advanced launch options.


Here paste the following command: -refresh 120 +fps_max 1 -freq 120 into the command line Argument box and your game will run 120hz/fps when playing Apex.

Note: if you have a don't have a 120hz monitor, change  +fps_max 1 to +fps_max 0

    I think the 1050TI with an I7-3770 will get your around 70 FPS.
    If you want anything around 120 FPS, you'll be looking at a high-end GTX card or the latest RTX card with newer CPU.
