Re: Banned for Using GeForce Experience

It was most likely caused by the overlay.
Open Geforce experience go into settings and disable the overlay like so:

A EA rep should be able to handle your ban.

    @NineTower

    All the available information relating to your ban would have been communicated to you via the email associated with your EA account.

    The EA staff who work here on AHQ cannot help directly with account-related issues, such as bans, only the TOS team can help you.

    If you feel you have been incorrectly banned, the only thing you can do is to dispute any action taken against your EA account by following the steps in this article:

    https://help.ea.com/en/help/account/information-about-banned-or-suspended-accounts/

    There is also this AHQ guide on bans and suspensions :

    @The_Tibber  Kinda drastic then. How is one supposed to record their gameplay when the keyboard shortcuts don't work with the overlay turned off. Renders the GPU features useless for playing Apex. What's next, native monitor settings? Or Windows display settings?

    The filters can be considered a cheat.

    In some cases these filters can make smokes see-through, etc.

    So technically their reason for cheating does count.

    If you've gone through the process as mentioned by OldTreeCreeper, and they've decided to uphold your ban, it's most likely a permanent decision of which nothing can be done on these forums to change it.
