@E9ine_AC The thing is no one is disagreeing with you. The problem lies in the recourse. To make one mistake, okay, make two, maybe consider a longer suspension or potentially have them not be able to use their chatting options. but to give someone a suspension and then completely ban them after two mishaps is ridiculous. Especially conisdering how often people get heated. I don't have a microphone so I cant quickly defend myself so I have to type things out. Something needs to change
