Right, so it's been like this for a while now. Have you already tried repairing or reinstalling the game?

Sorry for not getting back to you sooner, but I've asked around about your issue and this appears to be an issue with DX12. If you're using a command line argument to force it, could you remove it to see if that solves the issue?

I know that the studio is working on fixing it, but I don't have any word on when that will be yet.

@EA_QueenBee yeah apparently so i've tried and it's true that dx12 having problems. hopefully will be fix on next patch :D
