@HappyHourSumwurAccount/cheat sellers do this to level accounts. Report these players please. You're forgetting to mention, that alot of your beloved streamers are buying these accounts to get into bot lobbies to make content that makes them look amazing. Did I let the cat out of the bag?
- Zulkiers3 years agoSeasoned AceI've run into many bots as well. Not the simplistic loser kind. I'm talking assassins of doom kind. The kind that can hipfire headshot you with a 301 from 300 meters away. The kind that seemingly deals double damage in close range, where you open fire in their back with an L-star and they turn around and waste you, your medic, and your primary attack person all in one magazine of an AR and all of you had at least purple shields.
Anyone else run into those?
Oh, one more thing: Their names are different on different devices.
My brother and I play together and we came across a Wraith who was like this.
Their name: ControllerWithMovement - or something similar.
When they killed us, it showed that on their nameplate in spectating, but on their banner their name was "Wraith####" the 4 numbers being different on my screen than on my brother's.

I've known such players, but happy to say not in a very long time. The name sounds like an xbox live secondary. You can make as many gts on a given account as you want (I think) and games such as Apex will treat each one as a unique player. So if you're insanely good and get tired of sweatty lobbies you just create a new tag on your account and Apex will match you against people who have never played the game before. Classy. - HappyHourSumwur3 years agoSeasoned Ace@Zulkiers The Wraith#### tag is a streamer tag you set in game. I have run into murder bots before. No idea if they are actual bots, cheaters, or just insanely good players.
I have also had the "unload a full clip into their back but have them turn & insta kill you" experience too many times. - NickBeam273 years agoSeasoned Ace
Ive seen Wr**** 9065, 9066, 9067, 9068 - and all the way up to 9096.
- @Paneross Streamers don't need to buy these accounts. They can be to level 20 in no time. Or they will have one of their mods do it. That's a totally different subject.
- @Zulkiers The character names with numbers are people in streamer mode. It hides their name so the lobby doesn't see them and try to find them.
- Zulkiers3 years agoSeasoned Ace@hayhor Their name is controllerwithmovement on their nameplate when we spectate them, their banner is Wraith8097 on my screen and Wraith7059 on my brother's screen. They were solo.
@ZulkiersYes, when spectating you can see the actual name. You won't see it in the kill feed tho.
- NickBeam273 years agoSeasoned Ace@Zulkiers I saw the "controlllerwithmovement" also!
- Zulkiers3 years agoSeasoned Ace@hayhor actually "controllerwithmovement" was in the kill feed.
"controllerwithmovement (killed) Zulkiers
controllerwithmovenet (killed) NebulousAsp
{nameforgotten} (killed) controllerwithmovement"
Yes, they were plastered by a trio after they plastered my brother and I. - Zulkiers3 years agoSeasoned AceYes, our other ally left when they got downed before we could revive them, around 16th place. We made at least 8th, I think it was 6th.
