It’s just the EA Play awards. I can’t claim the new ones..

If you reach out to our live support team, they can take a look at your missing rewards. You can contact them via the following link:

https://help.ea.com/en/help-home/

You'll be prompted with a number of EA products. Just pick the one that you feel best suits your issue (So either Apex or EA Play), and then you'll be asked what your issue is. You should see an option to contact support after that. 🙂

Is it normal, that you get mails from a lot of employees from EA and they all ask you kind of the same questions, but nothing actually happens?? :D
