At first I was thinking the whole gun is destroyed but got me thinking that was way to OP so I figured I'll go with he makes the attachments and drops them
Enemy picks up attachment
Enemy goes to shoot gun and soon as it happens they'd hear a quick beeping indicating they've been hoodwinked
Still I think all around its a good idea
Passive he's able to heal his own sheild outside but he can't be moving
Tactical he's able yo make attachments (barrel stabilizer and such) and when it comes to taking a shot a deny with noise happens and the attachment explodes causing damage
Ult is he's able to make his sheild purple or purple out his attachments
