For now the "workaround" is to swap to default, but I'm aware that's not exactly an ideal option. 

The workaround is - not to play the game, but thanks for the ridiculous option. Actually can I get my money back?

Cool and thanks.@EA_David  whats I did for now is instead of ninja config I did a cutomise with all of ninja config but remaped ping makes it wierd to use some ultimate on certain legends specialy octane throwing the jump pad while runing but its the best I've found yet Also can you advise about shot not registering(but hear the shot cracking the opponent bit no damage registering) on certain guns like Lstar,wingman specially the wingwan makes us lose duals that we werent supose to lose XD

As for the noreg shots, I know the devs have acknowledged it as a desync issue that's being looked into. 

I'm having this issue. They released a patch today. So I thought they fixed it but they didn't. I hope it will fixed soon. I can't play with default setting because of the muscle memory.

@gundamaster I'm struggling hard with default setting, I've to think which button to press (used to be reflect with muscle memory), it's ok during normal mode but when fighting, I keep pressing my custom setting (muscle memory kick in), this totally mess up my game experience ☹️

It's like when you try to learn new language, you have to keep translate to your mother language first, it's painfull.

Absolutely my friend. You can't loot any boxes so you have to change the setting in game. You lose time when you do that. Sometimes you get killed easily. It is so hard to play like this.

I'm afraid we don't have a time frame on when it might be resolved, unfortunately. It is something the Apex Legends team is investigating and working on, though.

Hopefully we'll have this fixed soon, because I know this is a pretty frustrating issue to deal with.
