Re: Duplicate Heirloom set bug

They did state that the bloodhound heirloom would be added to the standard loot packs so technically they are well within their rights to refuse this.

However, should heirloom items even appear as duplicates?  It's a serious two's up to anybody willing to invest that amount of money into the game frankly. @DragonRisky  If i was in the same position as you i doubt i'd go for another heirloom item in the future knowing i could potentially just end up with another duplicate.

I hope the community managers read this and pass it on as feedback.

    They already said somewhere, you won't get duplicate, so doesn't matter where he got the heirloom from, there shouldn't be a duplicate.

    @MandatoryIDtag I do remember they have one of the articles about no duplicate items from loot boxes before. And yes, right now I would not go for any future heirloom set, cos this happened, I probably would not spend even one more cent for this game cos when I reported a bug back, I felt like they don't wanna do anything about that.
