Here's another important tidbit. Refresh rates are very important in shooters. The higher it is the more smooth gameplay is. Consoles cap at 60 while PC can cap from 144 to 200+. 

Console Apex also has texture issues when looking into the distance, while PC has ways to alleviate it.
