Sorry to hear about the troubles you're running into.
The first place to start is the 'system requirements' which you can find by following this link:
https://www.ea.com/en-gb/games/apex-legends/about/pc-system-requirements
If your PC doesn't meet the minimum system requirements it could mean that the game won't run.
