@MohidPvE
Unfortunately the EA staff who work here on AHQ cannot help you directly with account-related issues, such as bans, only the TOS team can help you, and that may take some time.
All the available information relating to your ban would have been communicated to you via the email associated with your EA account.
You can also check out your ban history here, but please note not all bans may appear here:
https://help.ea.com/en/my-ban-history/
If you feel you have been incorrectly banned, the only thing you can do is to dispute any action taken against your EA account by following the steps in this article:
https://help.ea.com/en/help/account/information-about-banned-or-suspended-accounts/
There is also this EA guide on bans and suspensions :
https://help.ea.com/en/help/account/electronic-arts-account-suspension-policy/#:~:text=A%20suspension%20is%20when%20we,a%20certain%20period%20of%20time.
It is my understanding that you can appeal a ban a number of times, up to 3.
It's not the first time this specific issue has come up and this particular issue is put very well in the following post by @EA_Pythia

Hi @BigMacAttack8u,
while I wasn't aware that the word "gay" is banned, it does make sense to me - sadly it's about the people using it and the context it is used in, which is the problem, not the word itself. In my friend group, as example, we use the word gay to describe each other, as we are indeed all queer, but when someone yells it across the street on a night out, it's sadly generally speaking not used in the positive sense.
In an online game, where you get randomly matched with people from all kinds of demographics, the chance that the word gay is being used to insult someone is far more likely than not. And I don't know about you, but being called a word that you identify as, but which is used in a way meant to hurt you, is not a good feeling.
Banning a word is not necessarily meant to marginalize it, it's actually meant to keep it from being misused and reappropriated back into a negative connotation.
About the player that called you the f-slur though - if you remember their details, please report them, as that kind of behaviour falls under EA's no tolerance policy and will get them banned.
