Fix footstep audio

CSGO has all those perfected so not sure about every fps dev. Mostly just money grab dev's, nice easy BR game throw in some quirky fun legends milk everyone for 2 seasons and then let the game slowly die out because the player base is to low now to justify running the game.

Remember although Respawn is under EA they don't have the same funding and the team working on Apex is very small and not that experienced this has been mentioned by THEM. It was a very smart business decision they know people are brain dead over BR games and so it was an easy quick milking and running it on source engine didn't require that many resources since the engine is ancient.
