@hayhor Thank you very much. I trully hope they are able to do something. I waited so long to get Heriloom shards, and the chance of getting more is so low.

@hayhor all I'm hoping for is getting what I chose to buy instead of getting something I never wanted and would never have spent my shards on.

You can also try to reach out to EA help. They can pull up your account and see when and what packs are opened. They can help you much better than any of us players here 🙂
