have you tried just saving any random highlight? cause there's nothing wrong with just trying it out..

As in using the instant replay function?
Anyhow, it still immensely bugs me that its stated that apex has this feature when nvidia says apex supports highlights but it just doesnt work... unless of course it never had the feature but that wouldnt make sense if support for the feature has been announced?

- This is the problem i have been coming across though, theres no straight answer. Idk why, why cant someome just say yes or no as a definate answer?! Ill leave this thread open for a while but use instant replay for the time being. Who knows, someone might actually know if apex supports highlights.
