Re: Hey I got a PS5 and when you select start it just says something went wrong?

Edit: Thank you for the continued patience while this was being investigated, everyone. 

We're seeing this should now be resolved, however if you're still running into this please try the steps below and let us know if the issue continues.

1. Close the game
2. Go to ea.com and choose to Sign In.
3. Choose your console's login option.
4. Follow the instructions and link your console and EA accounts if prompted.
5. Start the game back up.



@alecbishop11, when you log in (be sure to use the PS login option) you should be prompted to accept terms when you log in. If this isn't happening for you, I wonder if you can use your PSN account starting with a "N" and see if anything changes.
