Please contact our Live-Support team at Help.EA.com for assistance. If you purchased an Origin Cash Card those are intended for PC players. To purchase Apex coins for PlayStation you'll need to add funds to your PlayStation wallet.
So how do I get my purchase back if I can’t use it on ps4
- @I_sell_edges Not sure if they will refund but you can always try to do so with them by opening a ticket with their support if you haven't already.
I'm not much hopeful for that option, so best to try and sell it to someone to gain some/all money back and buy funds for the correct system you own. How do i transfer my origin gift cards to my ps5 account? Literally though i had an apex legends gift card and NOT a pc gift card. Now that money is stuck on my ea account??

@masterofsinss Unfortunately there isn't a way to transfer funds or coins from PC to a console.
A form of cross-progression is being worked on so these coins/funds may prove useful for you later, but for now we have no details on that.
