I can't help you figure out how to circumvent a permaban. Bans are added by Terms of Service for a reason and we won't offer support or advice on how to get around those bans.

If you're gonna ban small players for trash talk or cursing/hateful speech, then you need to ban all the pro players and content creators cause all they do is talk crap about Apex and talk crap about other players if not then unban people cause that's not fair 

Hello,Lanna.I need your help urgently.During the last two days of the game, I encountered network fluctuation (my area needs a game accelerator to play the game), and then the game exited to the home page, and "Anti-cheating backend check failed" popped up. I think this is caused by file damage. I decided to uninstall the game and reinstall it, but I was banned for no reason when I logged in again. From being banned for no reason to now, I haven't explained the reason. I guess it's because of the fluctuation of the network that anti-cheating thinks I deliberately bypassed the anti-cheating system, and I haven't been able to sleep because I care about my account. I have been playing Apex since the first season. I have invested a lot of time and energy in this game. I love my account very much, but I haven't got any help from online customer service so far. I am helpless and hope to get your help.
