I think loba would need a better passive. Seeing items is somewhat usefull early but what comes to majority of engagements it is most of the time just annoying and useless since i know im gonna loot those places anyways. As she is thief, when she melees while her bracelet is not on cooldown. she could steal 30 armor from enemy on melee on top of the normal 30 dmg. if the enemy dont have armor then it would just be regular melee. It would reward her for going toe to toe with enemies in close combat with that fat * eating all the shots and q being horrible escape.
This might be the worst idea i have ever gotten but i wrote it already so i dont care
