First off welcome to the forum.
Just so you know no one here on the forum can assist you with Bans or suspensions.
For those issues you will have to contact the Terms of Service (ToS) team via EA help and submit a ticket to dispute the ban if you think it was mistakenly applied to your account.
Please note that using the N word is just wrong IMHO no matter who you are.
What happens on your account is your responsibility, this is why one should never ever let others use their account.
I think you really need to talk with your siblings about this.
