Re: Missing twitch prime loot
Hi, so for a little more than I week I have not received my twitch prime loot. I had claimed the Wraith ‘Forgotten in the Void’ skin and the Mirage ‘Lucky Charmer.’ It’s been a little over a week now and I have not received anything. I also made sure everything is linked (EA account, xbox account, twitch and amazon. etc.) and it says i’ve claimed the skins but for some reason I haven’t received them. I even made a new account to see if it’ll work and it doesn’t. please help (console-XBOX ONE)

If you're still not seeing the Twitch Prime reward please reach out to the EA Help team so they can pull up your account and take a look. I'm afraid that missing content isn't something we're able to help with here on Answers HQ.
For more info on how to set up a case with them check out the EA Help website. If you prefer you could also speak with them through Facebook or Twitter as well.
