- DankToliet3 years agoSeasoned Ace@hayhor I can change the Aim Assist settings right now to Controller/PC/Off. PC and Off are definitely not the same values, I still get lock on with PC.
- BigMacAttack8u3 years agoSeasoned Ace@hayhor You are actually wrong, you can set aim assist to console values, pc values, or off, notice off and pc values are separate. Controller AA is .6 and pc is .4
- @BigMacAttack8u I'm not wrong. On PC go to the firing range and using a MNK swing your aim through the dummy. It doesn't slow down.
- DankToliet3 years agoSeasoned Ace@hayhor Then your sensitivity or curve settings are way too high. How is it that we can set it to PC values and still get stickiness then?
- @DankToliet Are you console? PC setting on console is .4. If you play algs on console you are forced to .4.
This is what I’m saying about all these aim-assist threads again and again that it’s just a waste-basket of all the misinformation about it.
- @Cheese9Man It's ironic......the title of this thread.
- BigMacAttack8u3 years agoSeasoned Ace@hayhor Here is your proof that pc has aim assist, directly from EA: “If you’re new to Apex Legends or FPS—whether on PC or console—we recommend starting with aim assist on until you get a better feel for the game.”
- @BigMacAttack8u It has aim assist for controller. Not MNK. I never said PC doesn't have aim assist.
@BigMacAttack8u
I thought for a moment that I misunderstood the thread, but then I read the title again. Everyone knows that controller has aim assist on PC. OP is claiming that MnK has aim assist.- DankToliet3 years agoSeasoned Ace@pandareno1999 MnK does have a .4 aim Assist value yes on PC. That's not even a secret, controller has a .6 on PC and console.

@BigMacAttack8uMouse and keyboard does not get any form of aim assist. The values you see are 60% aim assist on controller on console. When using controller on PC you are then only getting 40% aim assist. This does not transfer to the mouse and keyboard in the slightest.
The settings you see on PC to alter aim assist is just that some players rather play without aim assist so the option is there to lower it / remove it. It in no shape or form though is passed to the mouse and keyboard. It is read by the input device being used. So the only way to grant mouse and key having aim assist is third-party applications that are a bannable offense.I say this as someone who has 6k + hours on mouse and key with apex. I do not in the slightest form have any assistance when I aim other than the PC version of AA I like to call arm assist.
Ur so wrong, mnk has nothing. And its literally .4 on controller on pc and .6 on console. Simmer down and be better. Or go play something else
