Hii! @EA_Illium Yes but I didn't know it was linked to another account. I changed the account by mistake and according to your rules I can't change the account in less than 10 months. I would be very happy if you could help me. <3

Hi @kotubirimiyimben

We can't remove the cooldown for linking and unlinking accounts, this is applied across all EA accounts.

Once the time is up, to attempt to recover items you will want to relink the account to its original EA account. For more information on linking and unlinking accounts check out our help articles:
