@EA_David i don't know if it was you who posted earlier that he opened 560 packs and still no heirloom but thinking of that is what holding me back from buying any packs as i have all season pass packs and i passed lvl 500 and i am not that lucky to get the heirloom before i hit the 500 packs , so the number of people complaining about not getting it after or within the 500 packs is something to worry about .
unless you get a reply and answer for your concern i will never buy any packs

Legendary loot ticks are not included.
Battle pass loot ticks are not included.
Event packs are also not included.
If you haven't counted these packs and are still over i would recommend contacting EA support about the issue.
Alternatively maybe just double check and make sure you haven't been rewarded any shards and simply missed them.
Either way this sucks and I hope you get the issue resolved soon bud.

@MandatoryIDtagwithout battlepass, event and legendary and epic loot ticks it is 1080. Missed shards? how is it possible? and how to check that?

@MandatoryIDtag As a totally different question, but kinda related, if you open a heirloom, will it restart the packs count?
For example if you open one at pack number 300, do you have to just open another 500 for the next one or you actually have to open 700 packs to get the next heirloom?

@Alphabets After you open heirloom it resets back to 500.

@Alphabets devs prove us that when you finally get the heirloom (within first 500 packs) next one will be within next 500 packs. It could be on 1st one or on 376th for example or on last 500th (100% guarantee).

I opened 650 after first heirloom (if event and battlepass packs are not counted then I opened 580)... and i have no 2nd heirloom.

and now i have no reasons to believe devs anymore

@MandatoryIDtag i rly starting to think that 199 packs for levels do not count too. If so then its soooo disappointing and sad.

@l_NEED_A_HOP-UP It would be extremely hard to miss shard drop to be honest, I'm just covering all bases lol.
As for the level up packs, they do indeed count as I received my wraith kunai around the 120 pack mark and I received it from a level up pack.

@MandatoryIDtag Wait, why dont battle pass ticks dont count? They are regular ticks... you just get them from battlepass (except legendary & elite ones). If that really is the case, that may explain why lots of ppl think they already opened 500 but are actually also counting those

@Koochi-Q there was not much packs in battlepass rewards. Just 62 from 1st to 5th season.

@l_NEED_A_HOP-UP Those ‘just’ are worth tens of bucks I believe and if someone doesn’t want to buy/get more than 500 for the heirloom, that can still be alot. Maybe not so for you but def for others
