@Cheese9Man got to ask where the "small changes" promised and inferred to be the positive side of things for the 95% of ordinary playet are in ranked changes?

I'm not sure how increasing the tier demotion again to 6 tiers qualifies as "no change"!!!
@OldTreeCreeperI thought 6 divisions (1.5 full rank tier) is what it always was, and this season they upped it to 8 divisions for the new system reset? I could very well be mistaken
@dSKyNafinchin it was 4 tiers demotion last split. So it's been increased to 6 tiers again. That's not no change.
@MrCarri-X Thats considered a buff ? Every other legend that places stuff has a variation of this, pretty sure devs forgot this whole time rev didn't.
@dSKyNafinchin they increased it to 8 tiers at the start of s13, then dropped it to 4 tiers for the start of split 2, in a panic.

3rd time that Respawn sold a legend’s heirloom then gave a big nerf in the following season.
Season 3 Path heirloom > Season 4 grapple cd now 35 seconds
Season 6 Caustic heirloom > Season 8 nerfed to the ground
Season 13 Valk heirlom > Season 14 big nerf.
On the other hand, they buff the legend on the same day the heirloom is released like what happened with Rampart, Wattson, Rev, and Crypto. Money money money. LMAO.
