Where’s the Seer nerf? Even an increase in cooldown for his ult would have been appreciated. 

@Cheese9Man Yes, Crypto has the same thing, im expecting direct nerf, not "this character doesn't get played much, so lets give this specific buff against this highly played character" nerf.
