@Cheese9Man They nerfed passive AND tactical AND ultimate after 2 weeks since his release; too much nerf in my opinion.

@AlphabetsI agree. They did enough FOR NOW. Hope Seer is not as punishing to fight against as compared to the pre-nerf Seer.

@Cheese9Man I played some matches. He is exactly the same, you don't feel any difference.

I played him 4h straight and hes exactly the same. The core of his kit that makes him broken, free maphack on a ridiculously long range and a "skill shot" the size of a train tunnel that interrupts healing and resing, is basically untouched. Those minor tweaks did nothing.
