Mirage will be buffed, its just a matter of how. 

A good place to start would be to rework his passive. Honestly I think going invis 5 sec when downed isn't enough. I think if Mirage stays downed long enough he should be able to make a clone that helps him revive, I.e. self-revive. 

As for Q, I think its fine. 

Ult needs to last longer and be truly invis
