The account was mistakenly banned and there is no way to appeal
Dear EA Support Team,
I am a dedicated and passionate fan of the game APEX Legends. On the evening of October 15th, 2025 (China Time), around 10:00 PM, I was playing a Ranked Arena game mode in APEX. During the match, I used the Game Reproduction Device to select an enhanced talent, but unfortunately, my account was banned within less than 5 minutes of starting the game.
I sincerely request the EA team to investigate this matter thoroughly. APEX Legends holds extraordinary significance for me—I truly need to be able to play this game, and I also have a deep affection for the in-game skins, which represent a great deal of my time, effort, and dedication.
I earnestly implore the EA staff to conduct a careful investigation and grant me an account unban. Thank you for your attention and assistance.
