People in this game are toxic for little to no reason at all. Players tend to think they're better than they actually are and take it out on their teammates when things don't go their way.
The text chat and mic are used for communication purposes and stratigizing, they shouldn't have to be used to tell some screaming prepubesant or some player that thinks they're hot * to chill out.
Being respectful to your teammates is basic human decency.
Unfortunately you're not going to get much of that in what is a competitive team game. You're better off muting them.
