Because if this was a false flag because of a harmless program that was running in the background or anti-cheat suddenly falling mid game (I've seen this error code once or twice before but now if I get it, i think I'll have a panic attack)and you cant prove it, they'll insist that you cheated and you'll never see your account again. That's very unsustainable and unfair. If there was a more effective method of trial or another way to monitor suspected cheaters before gathering proper sufficient proof, then thatd be great but as it stands everyone is teetering on the edge between a good time and a hacker or salty player flushing all your hard work down a drain
