Well problem is, since a lot of people are crashing regularly, that means they would get banned for something they have no control of. I personally like that theres no penalties for leaving.
If you are crashing by th time you loaded back up there wouldn t be much of the time penalty left for you to sit out. So I don't personally see this as a road block to putting in some sort of time penalty at the least.
